Guidoso Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By selecting Accept, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you cannot use the host workspace.

2. What Guidoso is

Guidoso lets hosts create a public property listing and a private guest guide, shared with guests by link or QR code after booking.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for all activity under your account.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, notes, and recommendations you add. You grant Guidoso a license to host and display that content to the guests you share a guide with. You are responsible for having the rights to any media you upload and for the accuracy of what you publish.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Guidoso for unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, and do not misrepresent locations or businesses in your guides.

6. Guest access

You control what is published. Guides are accessible to anyone with the link or QR code you share.

7. Privacy

Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. Features may change or be discontinued.

9. Recommendations and third parties

Local recommendations are informational only. Guidoso is not responsible for the businesses, venues, or third parties referenced in a guide.

10. Limitation of liability

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using Guidoso at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms.
