Sound familiar?

It's 11pm. Where should we eat?

You know the answer. You've given it forty times. The taco place that's actually open, the beach that's calm at sunset, the trick to the front door. Right now it lives in a text thread, a document you keep meaning to update, and your memory. Every guest gets a slightly different version, and you get the same questions every single stay.

The same night, with a guide already in their pocket:
We just landed 🎉 starving… where should we eat??11:04 PM

Perfect. And the AC? a little warm in here 😅11:38 PM

How it works

Put it all in one place. Once.

Build the guide the way you'd brief a friend who's borrowing your place. Then it's done, and it works for every guest who books.

1

Build it once

Your property, your places, your local knowledge. Mention a spot by name and Guidoso recognizes it, so you write the good taco place once and reuse it everywhere.

2

Send a link or QR

Drop the link in your booking message, or tape the QR to the fridge. No app to download, works on any phone.

3

They arrive sorted

Good coffee, the quiet beach, how the AC works, the best taco stand. All where a guest would actually look. Before they ask.

Your side of it

You build it once, in an editor that looks like the finished guide.

Name the place, drop in the address, add your spots. The workspace stays as calm as the guide your guests open. No clutter, no learning curve.

What your guests get

Not a wall of text. A guide that looks like your place.

The same restraint and craft you'd put into the home itself, on the screen your guest is already holding.

  • Places, not paragraphsTap any spot for your note, the hours, and directions.
  • Always currentChange a recommendation once and every guest sees it.
  • Ready before check-inSent with the booking, so the guide is there when they need it.
Why not the usual

A document can't do this.

The welcome binder. The shared document. The page you keep meaning to update. They all started as the answer. None of them age well.

The welcome binder. Never quite current.

About us

We built Guidoso because we host, too.

We're a small team with more than twenty years between us across tech, hospitality, and real estate. We own and run short-term rentals of our own, at home and abroad, and we travel about as much as we host. So we know both sides of the door.

The same gap kept showing up. You land somewhere new, ready for the trip to start, and you have no real sense of where to go. As hosts, we answered the same questions every stay, or left people with a document nobody opens. The part that makes a place feel cared for was the part that kept going missing.

So we made the welcome we wished we'd had. One guide, genuinely useful, that says what we'd tell a friend who borrowed the keys. Where to eat. How the house actually works. The beach that's quiet at sunset.

Not exclusive, and not a form to fill out. Just a better way to arrive.

Give your guests a guide worth opening.

Start with your first property. It comes together in one sitting.
